Frequently asked questions
How do I book a consultation with Immigrad?
Use the enquiry form on this page, or call or email using the details shown. Tell us briefly what visa or nomination you are asking about and your current status in Australia. You will be offered a consultation time, and the fee and scope are confirmed in writing before the consultation takes place.
What should I prepare before my first consultation?
Bring your passport details, your current visa grant notice or visa status, and dates of any previous applications, refusals or cancellations. Employers should bring the business ABN, approximate annual turnover, the position title and proposed salary. Accurate dates and figures let an agent give you a usable answer in one session rather than three.
Does Immigrad offer free advice?
No. Immigration assistance for a fee may only be given by a registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner, and giving a considered answer requires reviewing your documents properly. Fees are disclosed in writing before any work begins, so you know the cost before you commit to anything.
Can Immigrad help me if I am overseas?
Yes. Consultations are held by video and visa applications are lodged online through ImmiAccount, so being outside Australia is not an obstacle. Offshore applicants are common in partner visa subclass 309/100 matters and in employer-sponsored cases where the nominated worker is still overseas.
How quickly will Immigrad respond to my enquiry?
Enquiries are answered during Australian Eastern business hours, usually within one business day. If your matter has a deadline, such as a bridging visa expiry, a review deadline or a request from the Department with a response date, say so in your first message so it can be prioritised.
